What an amazing experience this was with the @komafest community and artists. Working in 24hr daylight messed with my sleeping pattern and I often found myself out shooting in the early hours, this shot being no exception.

A night in the forest!

Snowfall brings an added tranquility to the forest and provides the perfect amount of reflection for night photography.

I looked everywhere for my colour filters but had no luck so we resorted to putting a high powered torch inside a supermarket carrier bag to colour the light rather than the lens.

Expect more night time experiments as I find new locations!

What a crazy night this was, @leeroy_thornhill rocked the castle grounds long into the night for @cvtastreetfest.

With each classic played the atmosphere became more electric making it harder to focus on the picture taking and even rarer for one to be in focus.

Night time Manoeuvres - Los Angeles

When I first relocated to rural Norway I set about building an archive server with a constant cloud back up. After the mammoth task of emptying over 15 years of external hard drives I had finally got everything in one place.
.
It’s crazy how many files of images I have and with my rural internet connection working hard the countdown until backup completion was a staggering 3.5 years!
.
Thankfully our internet speed has caught up with technology.
